WIP madness

In my mind having tons of WIPs – works in progress – is a sign of a creative mind. At least that is what I am telling myself.

Today I spent an hour frogging some of the WIPs I have been dragging around for years, finally giving up on them. I found things I haven’t seen in a year (last January I shifted through my WIPs for the last time). And I can honestly tell you: I have no idea if I even finished one of the WIPs I had lying around last January. My plan for this year: doing better.

I am the worst at just doing one thing. Maybe it is because my mind wanders to easily and I get distracted too much or because I always felt like I needed to get more out of my time during the day, I cannot say.
